Frequently Asked Questions
-
Do you have a specialization?
I love helping clients discover the “What’s Next?” in their lives, and helping them create a path forward that honors body, mind, heart and spirit.
I use my coaching skills to help them recognize and overcome the outworn beliefs and gnawing doubts that keep them in old, limiting, patterns by giving them tools to create a new path going forward.
-
How long does this take?
The coaching process varies greatly depending on the client's situation and desire. While some clients are seeking practical counsel and come for as few as four sessions, others discover that longer-term work becomes a spiritual path of deep healing, unfolding, and self-discovery. I have worked with a number of clients for many years.
While there is no one answer as to the length of the process, what is universally true is that this process is an investment in your health, happiness and well-being that will forever improve all aspects of your life.

What's the difference between coaching and counseling?
Generally speaking, counseling looks at past conditions with the focus on healing and optimizing your current life experience. Coaching creates a template for moving forward. I offer a bespoke experience for each client, interweaving aspects of counseling, coaching, and teaching based on your concerns, background, needs and desires.
